About the role
You'll have... Bachelors of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
3+ years’ experience in control system design or calibration
3+ years' experience with vehicle systems and/or vehicle level attributes
3+ years' of experience in powertrain systems, components and electrified vehicles
Even better, you may have... Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Troubleshooting experience with mechanical, electromechanical and software systems
Ability to manage/resolve urgent launch/Quality concerns
Strong leadership skills, passion for quality, passion to improve customer satisfaction
Very effective ability to explain technical details and gain alignment and consensus on solutions.
Understanding of programing languages and tools (C , Matlab, Simulink etc)
Experience with data recording tools (ATI, CANalyzer)

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $97,140-162,540., This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $113,580-190,500.
