You'll have... Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum of 7 years of experience in the development of complete powertrain and underbody systems, with a strong emphasis on high performance applications. Proven experience delivering multiple high-performance powertrain and underbody systems from concept and launch through production. Even better, you may have... In-depth knowledge of automotive powertrain systems, current & future. Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from conception to completion, meeting tight deadlines and budgetary constraints. Significant experience working directly with manufacturing facilities, including successful resolution of complex production and quality issues in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey tough technical issues to non-technical stakeholders effectively. This position is a salary grade 5 - 8 and ranges from $65,100 - $166,200. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
