You'll Have... Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. 5–10 years of experience in high-voltage battery systems or electrified propulsion technologies. 5–10 years of experience leading and developing technical engineering teams. Demonstrated experience developing advanced technologies from research through production implementation. Strong understanding of battery systems, battery modeling, controls, thermal management, and system integration. Experience leading cross-functional engineering projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Proven ability to develop technology strategies, roadmaps, and research portfolios. Experience managing technical project budgets, priorities, and resource planning. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
