Mfg Platform OT Cyber Security Engineer

You'll have... Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cyber Security, or related field 5+ years of manufacturing or plant-floor experience Strong understanding of industrial automation systems (PLCs, CNCs, HMIs, SCADA, etc.) Experience with industrial networking, including switches, routers, and firewalls Proficiency in Windows operating systems Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment with strong communication skills Strong technical documentation and problem-solving skills Background in industrial/OT cyber security Experience with Linux operating systems (Debian-based preferred) Knowledge of industrial network protocols and architecture Familiarity with cyber security frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements Experience supporting plant deployments and troubleshooting industrial systems

This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $74,300-$124,500. This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900. This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
