About the role
You'll have... Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field. or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. 10+ years of progressive experience in automotive electrical power systems, power electronics, and control system development.

Master’s degree in a relevant discipline, demonstrating advanced technical depth in power systems and controls. Proven expertise in vehicle electrical architectures, including voltage regulation, load management, and power distribution. Hands‑on experience developing power control strategies across ICE, FHEV, PHEV, and EV platforms. Deep experience in control logic design, development, and calibration for automotive power supply systems. Strong background in system requirements definition, DVM authoring, and validation, including HIL and in‑vehicle testing. Extensive experience leading root cause analysis, field issues resolution, and warranty investigations; familiarity with 8D methodologies. Practical working knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) principles. Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship, influencing teams without direct authority

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $132,800-$250,800. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
