Product Development Engineer – 5.0L Exhaust

You'll have... Minimum Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related field 1+ Years or more of Exhaust System/Subsystem D&R Experience required The D&R Engineer is responsible for managing product release CAD and BOM structures, including assembly positioning and mass attribute analysis. This role also includes facilitating supplier data integration and developing CAD studies to support and drive design improvements. Ability to work independently and lead in a team environment. Up to 15% domestic and international travel to supplier sites

Even better, if you have … Preferred Experience with Ford internal PD systems (GPDS, FEDE, WERS, AIMS, SREA, Teamcenter, Etc.) and MS Office Applications preferred Knowledge of FMEA’s, Control Plans, and DV/PV Plans. Knowledge of GD&T and Dimensional Control (SPC, Statistics, Etc.) Basic knowledge of NVH, Materials, Durability, and Manufacturing (Stamping, Bending, Welding) processes.

This position is a salary grade 6-8 and ranges from $74,300 - $166,200. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
