Role Overview: Join the GDI&A team (SSDA ' Global C360 Platform) and be part of an innovative journey to transform how data is managed and utilized across the organization. The team is dedicated to pioneering an adaptive and collaborative data ecosystem that optimizes every aspect of the data lifecycle. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, the goal is to drive transformative outcomes and set a new standard of data-powered success. Key Responsibilities: - Own the vision, strategy, and multi-iteration roadmap for significant EU customer products. - Lead large-scale product backlog prioritization, balancing competing organizational needs, technical constraints, and strategic imperatives across complex, interconnected systems. - Establish, measure, and re-evaluate Objective and Key Results (OKRs) and success metrics; analyze complex data sets to derive strategic insights and identify systemic issues. - Prepare and present high-stakes product updates and performance reviews to leadership, articulating business value and strategic direction. - Demonstrate deep expertise in the GDI&A ecosystem and the broader data, analytics, and AI landscape. - Understand strategic Google cloud architecture implications and influence engineering decisions to optimize cost, scale, and innovation. - Mediate conflicts, build consensus, and drive alignment among disparate stakeholders. - Foster a culture of strong collaboration across product, engineering, data science, and business teams to break down silos. - Communicate complex strategies and technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences, including executive-level stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of relevant experience managing significant product lines or multiple complex products with organization-level impact. - Experience managing relationships with multiple level stakeholders, key business unit leaders, and strategic external partners. - Demonstrated experience in driving the definition of MVP/MMP across multiple features or entire product lines, making critical trade-off decisions. - Experience operating in a high-autonomy environment, defining new problem spaces, and setting direction for a product domain. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
