Senior Product Manager

Join Ford as a Strategy & Integration Lead Product Manager, acting as the "connective tissue" for our Environmental & Sustainability Compliance (E&SC) and Corporate Footprint teams. Equal parts Architect, Diplomat, and Operator, you will be a force multiplier for leadership, bridging the gap between executive "North Star" vision and global technical execution.

Operating within a high-impact Global IT team, you will navigate complex regulatory shifts to ensure business value is prioritized and delivered. Your mission involves architecting global partner playbooks, defining data requirements for corporate compliance, and designing the future-state operating model for Ford’s global responsibilities.
