About the role
You will have…
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, electrical engineering or related field or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. 5 years of experience in the position offered OR 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance including development and roll out of processes and methods for software development 3 years of experience in embedded software development, requirements development, integration and test, OR performing software project management and driving software quality improvements 2 years of experience working with Tier 1 suppliers to deliver high-quality software. Collaborative, customer-focused mindset to drive the right outcomes for our customers (internal and external). Ability to effectively manage cross-team capabilities and contribute to your peers’ success. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices, including experience with Jira work management. Clear communication style both laterally to business partners as well as upwards to management.
Even better, you may have... Master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field. Ability to thrive in an autonomous environment with high ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset.
