Suspension PD Engineer

You'll have... Minimum BS in Engineering 6+ months of engineering experience including internships and coursework.

Even better, if you have … Preferred 2+ years of experience in design and release. Experience in suspension preferred but not required. Additional experience in Chassis Systems Engineering, Vehicle Integration, Manufacturing, and/or Vehicle Engineering is a plus. Demonstrated experience of effective supplier management, launch, and global program delivery. Demonstrated ability for technical understanding and leadership Demonstrated leadership skills in teamwork, prioritization, and project management. Hands on experience with CAD, release processes, sourcing processes, creating test requests, documenting evidence in support of requirements and design rules Passion for zero defects, passion for customer, high energy, drive for results and openness to learning.

This position is a salary grade 5 to a salary grade 8. Potential salaries can range from $65,100-$166,200. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
