Switch Component D&R Engineer

You'll have... Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or similar field)

3+ years experience related to the development of electromechanical components

Experience in Design and Release project engineering

Ability to work independently without close supervision; self-starter

Even better, you may have... Master's Degree in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, or similar field)

5+ years experience related to the development of electromechanical components

Previous experience related to the development of switches or other electrical/electronic components for automotive applications

Past experience in working with/within a large, diverse cross-functional team

Program/Project and supplier management and negotiation experience

This position is a salary grade 6 - 8 and ranges from $72,480 - $162,120. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
