Technical Leader - Low Pressure Fuel Delivery

You'll have... Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

10+ years of relevant engineering experience.

Extensive fuel system design and release experience.

Must prepare a technical evidence book.

Even better, you may have... Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering. Deep familiarity with Ford Core Process tools and application (P-Diagram, DFMEA, RCL, DT, RQT, TM, SCCAF, ES). Strong structured problem-solving experience (e.g., 8D, root cause analysis methodologies). Excellent presentation and communication skills, with ability to influence cross-functional and leadership audiences.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
