About the role
As a Finance professional, you will lead automation initiatives in the Raw Material team. You will play a key role in simplifying processes and enhancing efficiency by leveraging your expertise in automation tools and techniques. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding the databases available in the Raw material space and identifying potential opportunities for process simplification - Identifying clawback opportunities from suppliers and improving forecasting - Developing business plans and performing data mining to redefine data attributes for quick decision-making - Utilizing predictive analytics, statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and historical data to project future raw material cost claims and indices - Analyzing existing data to identify cost opportunities from suppliers and streamline workflows - Automating repetitive tasks using tools like UIPath to improve operational efficiency - Implementing automation in the audit process to minimize manual intervention - Exploring the feasibility of a Virtual Assistant to handle queries and provide solutions related to Raw materials - Enhancing E2E claim process tools, Powerapps, Powerautomate, and creating real-time dashboards for better decision-making In addition to your role responsibilities, you are required to have the following qualifications: - Strong knowledge in Automation Tools and Techniques including ML, Gen AI, SQL, Python, Google Cloud, UIPath, etc. - Ability to partner and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while maintaining an inquisitive mindset - Knowledge in purchasing systems is preferable - Keenness to understand business processes and systems to generate ideas for process efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities This position offers a challenging opportunity to drive automation initiatives within the Raw Material team, utilizing your skills in automation tools and techniques to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
