Senior Software Engineer

JOB OVERVIEW JOB TITLE: Senior Software Engineer YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years into AI space SPECIFICATION : From IITs with 3-5 years experience We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer ( preferably from IITs ) to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI-powered solutions across our products and platforms. Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams Drive best practices in coding, architecture, and deployment Mentor a team of software engineers AI & Product Development Build and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions leveraging modern frameworks and LLMs Design and implement scalable architectures including RAG pipelines, AI agents, and intelligent workflows Develop AI-powered applications using OpenAI, Azure AI, and emerging AI platforms Collaborate closely with product and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features Platform & Infrastructure Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and full-stack applications (React, Node.js) Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP) Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability in production systems Innovation Stay current with GenAI trends and rapidly evolving technologies Drive POCs and introduce innovative AI-driven solutions into the product ecosystem Engineering Drive technical design, architecture decisions, and end-to-end delivery of scalable systems Conduct code reviews and guide best practices across development teams Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement Preferred Requirements 3-6 years of software engineering experience with at least 1 year(s) in a team lead role Strong hands-on experience in Python and AI/ML frameworks Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI application architecture Proficiency in APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks Exposure to GenAI, AI agents, and MLOps practices Experience with vector databases and AI observability tools
