About the role

What You’ll Do? Design, build, and enhance features that solve real customer problems across existing and new software products Collaborate within an agile (Scrum/Kanban) team focused on continuous improvement in planning, estimation, and delivery Deliver sprint commitments by proactively identifying risks, removing blockers, and partnering with stakeholders Develop high‑quality, secure, and performant software using modern tools and multiple technology stacks Contribute to the evolution of our development practices, including CI/CD and DevOps Work closely with cross‑functional partners such as Product Management, Architects, and QA to deliver excellent user experiences What You Bring? Must‑Have Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience building web applications (intermediate level) Experience working in an agile development environment Hands‑on experience with full‑stack development, including: Front‑end frameworks such as React and TypeScript Back‑end technologies such as Node.js Cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent)
Experience working with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming principles Solid knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals and how they impact user adoption Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical skills Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a habit of documenting decisions and solutions
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications Experience building or supporting large‑scale, customer‑facing web applications Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure‑as‑code Experience with Microsoft technologies such as C#, .NET, Azure, and SQL Bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft certifications)
