About the role
In the Electronics division at the Schortens location, you will be responsible as a Software Team Leader for an (international) team of software developers focused on innovative car access systems. Leading a group in developing software for vehicle access systems within the Electronics division Professional and technical leadership of the team in product-related software development Disciplinary leadership and ensuring employees’ qualifications and further training Capacity and cost planning, including responsibility for optimal collaboration and workload management Ensuring adherence to project and customer milestones Responsible for both efficiency and quality, as well as early identification of potential risks Supporting cross-functional and global collaboration between project teams Participating in alignment with suppliers and customers
