About the role
As a Data & Systems Analyst at Forvis Mazars, you will play a pivotal role in the transformation journey by supporting the implementation and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS). Your primary responsibility will be to enable a data-driven, controlled, and scalable learning operation. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the central point of expertise for learning data, systems, and reporting - Demonstrate curiosity, suggest options, provide insight, improve workflows, and ensure robust governance across all portfolios and provision - Support compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across the firm - Implement and enhance the LMS to strengthen data integrity and audit readiness - Translate complex data into clear insight that drives decision-making and enhances ways of working - Work closely with stakeholders to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and ensure learning operations are supported by robust systems and high-quality reporting Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in a similar role - Highly analytical and systems-focused professional - Ability to turn data into actionable insights - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills - Previous experience in working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus At Forvis Mazars, inclusion is at the core of our values.
