Roles & Responsibilities (as stated and not limited to) 1. preparation of techno-commercial proposal / preliminary engineering 2. Detailed design (including all aspects) 3. Quality support 4. Procurement support (BOQ, PR) 5. Execution support 6. Support to O&M and AM team 7. Optimisation (design and Cost) 8. MIS preparation 9. IMS / audit support 10. Team management 11. documentation 12. Vendor development 13. New Technology initiative 14. Internal and external communication BTech / M. Tech (or equivalent) 10-12 Years Skills required 11 A good and clear understanding of solar PV technologies, different modules, and their applications 2 Good knowledge about solar PV, hybrid inverters, working principles, etc 3 In-depth understanding of solar PV systems, generation, losses, uncertainties, CUF, PR etc. 4 Understanding all aspects of simulation software (s) Good understanding of project cost, price, break-ups under different heads, soft costs, etc.. Must be able to prepare techno-commercial proposals 5 Clear understanding of DC and AC electrical system 6 Understanding and expertise in DC and AC side loss calculation 7 Well-versed in SLD 8 Expertise in Panel concept ( LT and HT), design, and sizing along with different electrical component 9 well versed with all the parameters of transformers and transformer sizing 10 Good knowledge about different power sources like EB, DG, CPP etc, and interconnection between them 11 Good knowledge of BESS system and hybrid system 12 good calculation capabilities of different electrical parameters 13 good knowledge of monitoring and SCADA 14 Well-versed in quality and safety aspects 15 strong design and engineering capabilities; Must be able to create the plant from concept to commissioning 16 support to external and internal teams like sales & BD, procurement, execution, statutory, O&M, Quality, AM, etc 17 good communication skill 18 team player 19 able to visit the site and collect the site input 20 As built drawing preparation 21 well versed with all applicable national codes for solar design 22 good adaptabilities for new technologies, good reach to the market and available technological and vendor development capability 23 Capabilities to optimize the design vs cost. 24 Innovative
