About the role
Responsibilities - UI/UX Design: - Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand user needs and translate them into user-centered design solutions. - Conduct user research (i.e., user interviews, usability testing) to inform the design process. - Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using industry-standard design tools (i.e., Figma, Adobe XD). - Ensure UI consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms. Participate in user testing sessions and iterate on designs based on user feedback. - Graphic Design: - Create visually appealing and engaging graphic elements for web interfaces, marketing materials, and social media. - Develop a strong understanding of our brand identity and translate it into compelling visuals. - Utilize design principles like composition, color theory, and typography to create effective layouts. - Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience (UX) Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 1+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Graphic Designer. - Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills, visual design capabilities, and a keen eye for detail. - Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (i.e., Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator). - Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles (user research, information architecture, interaction design). - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
