Senior Software Development Engineer Test, Web

We are looking for a skilled Senior Software Development Engineer Test to join our team, with 5-10 years of experience in testing and automation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Appium, Agile methodologies, and hands-on scripting/coding experience in automation testing tools. Roles and Responsibility Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to ensure the highest quality of web applications across different browsers. Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases against software platforms and applications. Analyze and communicate test results and defect tracking to stakeholders. Execute white box, black box, and manual testing to identify defects and bugs. Participate in day-to-day team activities as part of an Agile team. Engage in cross-functional integration testing within technology teams and with third parties. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and release engineers to deliver scalable, stable, and high-performing web products. Contribute to performance and scalability testing efforts and provide testing estimates to the team. Mentor and share testing practices with the scrum team, taking technical ownership of software testing infrastructure and improving product quality. Monitor product development and usage at all levels to improve product quality and work on automation testing for all existing systems. Support all production releases per sprint and research, develop, or recommend tools to assist the team. Work with TestRail/Zephyr or any test management tools along with Jira. Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of industry experience in testing and automation. Experience working with Appium. Experience with Agile methodologies. Experience with Git and CI tools. Expertise in hands-on scripting/coding experience in automation testing tools (Selenium/Appium), Cucumber Framework, or CodeceptJS. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with cloud-based device farms (BrowserStack/Sauce Labs/Headspin). Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
