About the role
As an IT Specialist Campus Services at our organization, your primary role will involve supporting and managing the IT infrastructure and digital systems within a large campus environment. This includes tasks such as network administration, O365 support, CCTV systems management, IP telephony, video conferencing solutions, and campus service management applications. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain campus IT assets including desktops, laptops, printers, switches, and other networking equipment. - Administer Microsoft O365 environment, user accounts, and provide end-user technical support. - Deploy and support campus service management systems and business applications. - Configure and maintain CCTV surveillance systems to ensure continuous system availability. - Manage video conferencing platforms and offer technical support for meetings and remote collaborations. - Administer LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network security infrastructure across the campus. - Maintain and support IP telephony and VOIP communication systems. - Coordinate with vendors for IT projects, procurement, maintenance, and technical support. - Support digitalization initiatives across dormitory, catering, security, transportation, and facility operations. - Ensure compliance with information security policies and access control standards. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and system administration. - Strong knowledge of O365, Windows Server, network security, and virtualization technologies. - Hands-on experience with CCTV systems, VOIP telephony, and video conferencing platforms. - Experience in network design, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management. - Business-level English communication skills are necessary. - Experience in industrial parks, manufacturing facilities, or large campus environments is preferred. - Knowledge of ISO 27001, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), or large-scale IT projects will be an added advantage.
