About the role
We are seeking an HR Platform Integration/API Consultant to support the HR Platform 2.0 program within the BCAT (Benefits, Compensation, Absence, and Time Management) configuration team. You will be responsible for maintaining and building integrations related to Perks, Compensation, Absence, and Time Management processes, with a strong focus on Workday integrations and API-based integration development. The role requires close collaboration with Workday consultants, technical product owners, and cross-functional project teams. Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care: Workday & HR Platform Integrations Understand the broader integration landscape with a strong focus on Workday integrations. Build and maintain Workday integrations using Core Connector, DT, Studio, and PECI. Collaborate with technical product owners, Workday consultants, and other stakeholders to support Workday integration deliverables. ShapeIN & Middleware Support Work with the Chronos Project team on integration deliverables for: Workday Integration ShapeIN middleware for ASES (shift scheduling and time tracking system for Germany). Perform mapping and script creation for new attributes in ShapeIN. Support initial load and data mapping. Monitor ShapeIN integrations and ensure smooth operations. Technical Collaboration Review technological advancements in integration technologies (e.g., API, orchestration tools). Consult and advise Integration Points of Contact on improving the integration landscape. Support the development of business test scenarios. Agile Delivery Work independently and contribute to integration deliverables without close supervision. Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
