Senior Data Scientist

As a Senior Data Scientist at our company, you will be a valuable member of the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Algorithmic Decision-Making Team (AIML - ADM) working in a fast-paced environment. Your main responsibilities will include enabling clients to leverage their data using advanced AI/ML algorithms, conducting independent statistical and machine learning research/projects, and collaborating with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Ability to independently implement analytical solutions and techniques for problem statements - Strong team and stakeholder management skills - Leadership capabilities to manage a team of Data Scientists - Identify opportunities for leveraging company/client data for driving business solutions - Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new languages/tools/platforms - Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis - Conduct research and prototyping innovations, data gathering, and solution scoping - Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to implement models - Deliver AIML based solutions across various domains such as Customer Segmentation, Propensity Modelling, Churn Modelling, Forecasting, etc. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: - 5.6-11 years of experience in core Data Science & Machine Learning projects - Expert proficiency in either R or Python - Strong skills in data structures and ML algorithms - Experience in end-to-end data science pipeline - Problem-solving skills and ability to apply relevant techniques - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of machine learning, probability theory, statistics, and algorithms Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in upcoming technologies like deep learning, NLP, image processing - Experience in domains such as CPG, BFSI, Healthcare - Familiarity with Linux computing environment and command line tools - Proficiency in databases including RDBMS, NoSQL, MongoDB Education: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related technical degree OR Equivalent If you are someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment with enthusiastic over-achievers, you will thrive in your career with us.
