Lead - Business Systems Services (Workday Technical Lead)

Role Overview: You are sought after to join as a Workday HR Technical Lead in India at Freshworks Inc. As a pivotal team member of the HR IT division, your role will be crucial in enhancing and managing the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Your expertise in Workday integrations, profound comprehension of HR processes, strong analytical abilities, and successful track record in implementing and supporting Workday solutions will be instrumental in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Inbound and Outbound EIBs - Core Connector Worker (CCW), Core Connector "x" (various), including vendor-specific templates - Workday Studio Inbound/Outbound (SOAP, RAAS, WD API, Third Party API, Effective and Non-Effective dated custom objects) - Document Transformation - Workday Extend (PMDs, Scripts, ABOs, Custom Business Processes, Orchestration) - Design and generate customized reports and dashboards to support HR and business decision-making - Basic Configuration knowledge on any two Core HR, Absence, Time tracking, compensation modules with Compensation - Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing system-related inquiries and issues - Manage data integrity through regular audits and best practices for data governance - Stay informed about Workday updates, releases, and new features - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions aligned with organizational goals - Ensure Workday system compliance with relevant data protection and security regulations Qualifications: - Total experience of 5-8 years - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field - Proven experience as a Workday HCM system analyst with in-depth knowledge of Workday Integrations, reporting, configuration, and customization - Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Experience with data management, reporting, and analytics within the Workday platform - Knowledge of relevant data protection and security regulations - Workday certification is a plus If you are a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for optimizing HR systems, Freshworks Inc. invites you to apply for this exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization.
