Responsibilities

1. Digitalization & Data Automation

• Convert existing Excel documents into standardized digital formats.
• Build automated workflows for approvals.
• Maintain version control and digital standards.

1. Excel/System Integration

• Rebuild linked Excel systems.
• Connect documents to centralized databases.

1. Dashboard Creation

• Develop real-time dashboards (Power BI).
• Connect dashboards to data sources.

1. Standardization of “All-in-One” Documents

• Redesign templates.

1. Collaboration & Support

• Work with Process Engineering teams.
• Provide training and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Industrial, Systems, Mechatronics, Data, or Computer Engineering student

• Technical Skills - Advanced Excel - Power BI - Power Automate - SharePoint / Power Apps - Basic programming (Python, SQL, JavaScript)

• Soft Skills - Problem-solving - Attention to detail - Proactive attitude
