Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product development for complex products or strategic programs. Drive feasibility, cost, and manufacturability assessments in collaboration with engineering and operations. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure delivery against project objectives. Engage directly with customers and suppliers to shape product solutions. Identify and implement process improvements in development practices. Mentor junior colleagues and support their development. Contribute to portfolio planning and technology roadmapping. Participate in strategic decision-making within the product line.
Qualifications
- Bach+B5gineering, Product Development, or related field. 4+ years of progressive experience in product development or related roles. Advanced knowledge of development processes, cost management, and manufacturing. Proficient in project management methodologies. Data-driven decision making.
