Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company’s q uality management system and ensure compliance with industry standards. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to address non-conformances. Analyze production data and implement process improvements to enhance product quality. Conduct internal audits of processes, products, and suppliers to ensure compliance. Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues. Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Oversee quality metrics and k ey performance indicators, providing reports to senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related field. More than 2 years of experience in quality engineering or related fields. In-depth knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process control. Proficient in quality tools such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, ‌ Statistical Process Control. Strong project management skills and experience in leading quality improvement projects.
