We install solar rooftop systems in Sangli, Pune, and Nashik and we build the software that powers every step of that journey, from the very first quote to long-term system performance. Our products serve both our customers and internal teams who deliver for them. About the Role: We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to own the product experience across Frevolt's customer-facing and internal applications. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role: you will move from understanding a problem, to coordinating with the team that builds and ships the solution, to measuring its impact. You will report to the Product Manager and work directly with the founding team and engineering. That means high ownership, high visibility, and the chance to see your decisions reach real users quickly. What You'll Own: Product discovery talk to customers, sales teams, and operations staff to uncover real problems, then translate them into transparent, prioritized opportunities. Write crisp, unambiguous Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) covering user flows, edge cases, acceptance criteria, and success metrics. Coordinate delivery sprints with frontend and backend developers - break features into well-defined tasks, clarify scope, and keep work unblocked. Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that what is built matches what was specified before it reaches users. Own release management - plan rollouts, maintain changelogs, and ensure smooth, low-defect launches. Track product metrics post-launch and use them to decide what to build, fix, or improve next.
