Senior Data Analyst / Tester

As a Data Analyst and Test Engineer at Exusia, your role involves working with Exusia's global clients to deliver cutting-edge data-driven solutions. You will be responsible for business analysis, data analysis, QA testing, UAT support, data modeling, and data mapping. Your main tasks will include translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications by collaborating with Client Product Owners, Business SMEs, Solution Architects, and Senior Application Designers/Developers. You will need to demonstrate critical thinking and analysis skills to support client delivery on strategic enterprise data and analytics projects. Key Responsibilities: - Perform business analysis, data analysis, QA testing, UAT support, data modeling, and data mapping - Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications - Work directly with client business teams and Exusia technical teams on data requirements and high-level designs - Create test plans, test cases, and reports - Mentor and provide guidance to testing staff - Manage software product development lifecycle for core application development streams Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst and/or Test Engineer - Experience with ETL, data processing, Business Intelligence Reports, and Dashboards - Proficiency in SQL and data profiling - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform - Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex large datasets - Knowledge of data processing/ETL architecture using leading technologies - Experience with BI/Reporting tools and Data Visualization tools - Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational SQL - Education Qualification: Master of Science or Engineering degree in Computer and Information Sciences or Business Information Technology - Experience working in an agile software delivery model In your role, you will be expected to document, discuss, and resolve business, data, and analytics/reporting project requirements and issues.
