VCCM Data Analytics Consultant

As a VCCM Data Analytics Consultant for UNICEF, your role will involve supporting the collection, analysis, and visualization of vaccine stock data to enhance stock management and improve decision-making processes in immunization supply chains. Key Responsibilities: - Support the deployment and design of Thrive360 country instances - Contribute to the operationalization of Thrive360s ticketing system - Collect and analyze country mitigation measures on vaccine stock risks - Strengthen interoperability between Thrive360 and relevant logistics information management systems - Expand subnational stock visibility to district levels and enhance data management and use - Increase subnational vaccine stock visibility and reporting in Gavi eligible countries, particularly in Francophone ones - Document dataflows, reporting rates, timelines, and data quality issues - Develop measurable targets to reduce the time between data collection, analysis, and sharing in at least five countries - Prepare comprehensive vaccine situation reports and share recommendations with respective teams - Create infographics showcasing the use of stock data by NLWGs and the impact of supply chain challenges on vaccine availability - Conduct random data validation spot-checks, identify issues, and propose improvements - Develop work plans, produce progress reports, and conduct capacity development for country vaccine managers - Strengthen Forecasting and Supply Planning (FSP) by facilitating tool improvements, capacity building, assessments, and accuracy analyses - Conduct in-depth analysis on vaccine stock management, stock movements, and data quality review - Triangulate stock data with relevant immunization/health data streams - Guide countries in MYA reviews and long-term vaccine projections - Organize capacity development workshops, webinars, and produce practical guides on data analysis and use - Support the rollout of eLMIS & traceability systems and contribute to the digitalization of forecasting tools - Facilitate countries in conducting CVM gaps analysis and Gavi cash grant applications As a VCCM Data Analytics Consultant at UNICEF, you will play a crucial role in improving vaccine stock management and strengthening supply chain processes to ensure the effective delivery of vaccines to children in need.
