The role involves hardware installation, troubleshooting, cable management, and coordination with remote teams to ensure smooth operation of servers, storage, and networking equipment. Key Responsibilities Provide on-site remote hands support for data center operations. Install, troubleshoot, and maintain servers, storage, and networking equipment. Perform hardware installation, replacement, and cable management. Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues within the data center. Work with remote technical teams to resolve incidents and execute tasks. Ensure proper cabling as per Ethernet and fiber optic standards. Support routine maintenance and infrastructure activities. Maintain documentation and follow standard operating procedures. Work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
