Roles and Responsibilities Provide a delightful Customer Experience by giving product demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use. Communicate with customers regarding service activities, explain repairs, and provide usage guidance. Perform calibration & testing post-repairs to ensure equipment functionality. Record service activities and maintain service reports. Coordinating and facilitating a smooth flow of communication within the internal teams. Build and maintain relationships and rapport with customers to get an opportunity to sell Accessories / Consumables and get a chance to earn an incentive (No Targets | No Cold Calling). Required Candidate Profile A bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechatronics/ Robotics Engineering (Preferred not Mandatory) Good Communication Skills: English & Local Regional Language (Mandatory) Laptop (Will be preferred) Superb work ethic & a growth mindset.
