About the role
Role Overview: You will be part of Frost & Sullivans Customer Research team which focuses on business development and managing complex multi-national market research projects. Your typical projects will include a range from large scale end-user projects to complex B2B studies and ethnographies. You will be involved in various aspects from concept development, questionnaire design, project execution, to the analysis of quantitative/qualitative market research data. Your role will also include developing and delivering client-focused business consulting solutions, helping clients to understand and interpret the data effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Take responsibility for managing a module of work or a small project with a 1-2 member team - Head client teams and structure analyses to answer critical client questions - Act as a role model internally, develop expert status with middle management level client staff, and start taking on business development tasks such as proposals and client pitches - Programming of complex survey questionnaires (CAWI, CATI, CAPI) - Data processing and analysis using tools such as SPSS, Wincross, and Sawtooth - Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all data to key stakeholders - Develop excellent quality content and work with a global team of experts to create a powerful customer experience Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who: - Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in survey programming (CAWI, CATI, CAPI) with knowledge of Sawtooth being advantageous - Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in data processing using tools like Wincross or equivalent tabulation software - Demonstrate a very good working and practical knowledge of the research processes in market/customer research - Have fluency in spoken and written English - Hold a university degree or equivalent work experience - Possess strong analytical skills with a deep understanding and passion for data - Show client and service orientation, intercultural competence, and ability to work in a global matrix organization - Are proactive, highly organized, and able to deliver tangible results in a fast-paced and creative environment - Have dashboarding skills with knowledge of tools like Domo, Java script development, and knowledge of Python/R SQL - Exhibit advanced MS Excel skills, with visual basics being a plus - Are willing to work European or even US hours - Are well-organized, detail-oriented, take ownership to work independently with remote supervision, can multi-task, meet tight deadlines, adhere to high-quality standards, and are strategic thinkers Additional Company Details: Frost & Sullivan offers competitive base salary plus bonus opportunities, Frost Flex Policy, attractive Medical and Accident insurance, regional travel opportunities, a friendly open environment with a diverse and international operational focus, a definite career path with numerous growth opportunities, and the chance to be part of a winning, global team that fosters teamwork.
