FIS is committed to continuous modernization of our platforms as we create the innovative financial solutions that improve the way the world banks, pays and invests What you will be doing:Develops, maintains and upgrades manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.Performs usability testing for total system performance, reliability, scalability and security.Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.Controls and manages own daily test activities.Provides internal quality assurance.Supports test lead to identify risks and develops mitigation strategies.Organizes and maintains the test script library.Other related duties assigned as needed. What you bring: Technical skills Must Have Should have participated in Web services testing with exposure to tools like SOAP UI or HP Service Test Up to 3-9 years experience in manual test execution and test script preparation Up to 1-4 years experience in automation test script preparation in SOAP UI or Selenium. Exposure to retail banking(Deposits) and financial sector is Must. DesirablesSQL knowledge would be a plus. Exposure to commercial lending and/or retail banking would be an advantage Exposure towards integration testing and GL would be preferred Competencies Must Have Good communication skills Strong testing experience Manual testing Should be able to provide testing estimates and work as an individual contributor Good knowledge on automation in SOAP UI or Selenium Good knowledge on developing and analyzing test data and results Should be able to correlate business scenarios with test cases Should have good exposure to test management and should be able to maintain metrics DesirablesAny overseas work experiences Having Banking certifications is an advantage Education Requirements: Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
