Key Responsibilities: Prepare complete electrical diagrams, schematics, and documentation for switchgear panels using EPLAN or similar CAD software. Ensure compliance with EU norms, IEC/EN standards, and regulations in all designs. Study relevant electrical regulations and implement necessary updates in schematics. Coordinate with suppliers and integrate their EPLAN data into production. Support mechanics and production teams in resolving electrical diagram issues. Deliver assignments for all switchgear produced within the FRUCO group. Assist in site installation, wiring supervision, commissioning, and troubleshooting at customer locations in India. Work on both office design/documentation and field installation support as per project needs. Communicate effectively with international suppliers and ensure timely delivery of documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical design (switchgear, control panels, or related). Strong expertise in EPLAN (preferred) or equivalent electrical CAD tools. Proven ability to create complete documentation (diagrams, BOM, wiring lists). Good understanding of EU electrical norms and standards (IEC/EN). Hands-on experience with site installation and commissioning. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and manage both office and field tasks. Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in daily preparation of diagrams in an office environment. Exposure to installation, wiring, and troubleshooting of switchgear/control panels. Familiarity with international projects or EU standards is a plus. Willingness to travel to the Czech Republic after probation for training and supplier coordination.
