Network security Engineer L2

Role & responsibilities Job Details: Troubleshooting Routing, Switching & Security issues and providing solutions within agreed SLA. Configuration and Management of Cisco Catalyst 9000 series Switches including installation & Replacement of switch Modules like Sup modules, SFP module, line cards & Switch chassis. Monitoring and troubleshooting Network Infra Issue reported. Configuration & Troubleshooting of VLAN, VTP, HSRP and DHCP, Ether-Channel, AAA on Switches. Installing, upgrading and backing up IOS of Cisco Routers and Switches Hands-on experience on Palo Alto firewall and experience in configuration, troubleshooting and day1 setup Administering and monitoring daily activities, monitoring performance, taking backups of network devices. Providing L2 technical support for installation activities and routine troubleshooting of Network Infrastructure including handling of P1 and P2 incidents Perform Change Management as per the process. Support to all BAU [Business as Usual] calls. Knowledge of VRF-Lite and route-leaking Experience with Cisco ISE and wireless/wired dot1x implementation Candidate should be ready to work in 24*7 Shifts Preferred candidate profile
