Key Responsibilities: - Design and enhance UI/UX for web and mobile applications. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using industry-standard tools. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align designs with business goals. - Optimize UI/UX for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness. - Stay updated on latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's/Masters in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. - Experience: 1.5 years - 2 years above in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio. Required Skills: - Design Tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator - Prototyping & Wireframing: InVision, Balsamiq - Front-End Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Vue.js/React is a plus) - User Research & Usability Testing: A/B testing, Heatmaps - Version Control: Git - Platforms: Web and Mobile (iOS & Android) This opportunity is perfect for individuals looking to advance their UI/UX career, work on exciting projects, and contribute to an agile team.
