About the role
Role Overview: As a Software Engineer at Fubo, you will be working on Deep Learning based problems as part of a cross-functional team. Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize and develop deep-learning based models to enhance video consumption experiences. You should have a working knowledge of image/video classification, object detection, tracking, segmentation, transformers, and language models. Collaboration and effective communication are essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Research, develop, evaluate, and optimize various computer vision and deep learning models for different problems. - Take ownership to drive computer vision solutions for complex problems. - Deploy scalable deep learning based models to production environments. - Write technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing within the team. Qualifications: - BTech/BEng in Computer Science or related fields. - 4+ years of experience in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing. - Strong technical knowledge and experience in machine/deep learning frameworks like PyTorch. - Experience with training models using cloud service providers such as GCP, AWS, or Azure. - Ability to implement research papers into working solutions for real-world problems. - Proficiency in Python and related packages like numpy, scikit-image, PIL, opencv, matplotlib, seaborn, etc. - Good Object-Oriented Programming skills in Python.
