Overview Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Work closely with our creative team to craft stunning designs that captivate and engage users. - Design and develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes optimized for seamless experiences across various devices and interfaces. - Maintain consistency and coherence in design by contributing to Fueling Brains design language. - Present your design concepts with clarity, explaining strategy, rationale, and insights to stakeholders across different teams. - Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to refine and perfect designs throughout the development process. - Identify UX challenges and implement intuitive, user-centered solutions that enhance the overall experience. Key Skills and Requirements - Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch,InVision, and Miro for wireframing and prototyping. - Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD), including user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and accessibility best practices. - Passion for crafting visually stunning, user-friendly, and accessible digital experiences. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a cooperative mindset. - A degree in Design or a related field is preferred, but self-taught designers with strong portfolios are also welcome to apply. .
