Job Role: Senior Technical Consultant Shift: US Shift 6 PM to 3 AM IST Work Mode: Hybrid Total/Relevant Exp: 8+/6+ yrs Joining Timeline: Ready to join in 40 Days Job Description Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and semantic models to reduce and manage a highvolume reporting backlogTranslate business requirements into reusable Power BI and Fabricbased analytics solutions following AMS delivery standardsDesign and optimize Power BI semantic models (star schemas, measures, calculations) using DAX and Power Query aligned to enterprise data modelsSupport Power BI Fabric capabilities including Lakehouse, Warehouse, semantic models, and integration with OneLake where applicableEnable and support Power BI selfservice analytics through curated datasets, documentation, and governed access patternsIntegrate data from multiple sources including SQL databases, data warehouses, Fabric data stores, and cloud platformsMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize report performance, refresh reliability, and user experience in Power BI ServiceImplement security and governance practices including RowLevel Security (RLS), workspace standards, and deployment pipelinesProvide operational support within an AMS model, including incident resolution, enhancements, change requests, and knowledge transferCollaborate with data engineers, architects, and AMS leads to align reporting solutions with enterprise analytics architecture Required Qualifications Proven experience developing enterprise Power BI solutions in a delivery, support, or managed services environmentStrong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query (M)Solid understanding of data modelling, dimensional design, and analytical best practicesExperience working with SQL and relational data sourcesAbility to manage multiple concurrent work items within SLAdriven or backlogbased delivery models Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake, semantic models)Familiarity with AMS or application support operating modelsExposure to CI/CD, deployment pipelines, and Power BI governance frameworksExperience supporting diverse business users across finance, operations, sales, or executive reportingMinimum of 8 Years Power BI ExperiencePrevious work experience of Manufacturing / Healthcare & Pharma Industry is a big plus Relocation Supported: Yes Visa Sponsorship Approved: No At Fujitsu, we are committed to an inclusive recruitment process that values the diverse backgrounds and experiences of all applicants.
