Lead Technical Consultant

Responsible for the onboarding of external partners, including 3rd party logistics providers; collecting EDI specifications, initiating testing with EDI partner and monitor post-onboarding activities Experience in working in support projects involving external partners like SPS Commerce - True commerce etc Good technical skills in writing database queries using SQL- PLSQL and understanding of File transfer protocols (FTP- SFTP) and UNIX files- directory structures Experience supporting modifications and troubleshooting of EDI interfaces (preferably Oracle) Excellent ability to research and execute action plans to address EDI issues and errors with external partners, escalating to the appropriate internal business partners for support when necessary Effectively communicate impact and importance of specific data elements to ensure successful and timely EDI transmissions, respond to EDI questions, and provide additional 1:1 Support Proven ability to read and understand EDI data formats and structures such as X12 & EDIFACT, XML, Flat Files etc Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Role: Technical Lead Industry Type: IT Services & Consulting Department: Engineering - Software & QA Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Software Development Education UG: Any Graduate PG: Any Postgraduate
