Senior Domain Architect

We are seeking an experienced M365 Architect to join our team The ideal candidate will have a robust background in designing and implementing advanced functions of M365, focusing on security, governance, and compliance This role involves providing second-level and higher support for M365 apps and Azure/Multi-cloud solutions Additionally, the candidate will oversee a team of SMEs, manage, and facilitate the design of large-scale solutions within M365 products Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Microsoft 365 services and solutions Implement advanced functions of M365 and/or Azure AD Premium, including security, governance, and compliance Present M365 solutions to stakeholders Plan and manage M365 projects Conduct audits and ensure compliance with industry standards Manage change control processes Provide technical leadership in deploying Microsoft 365 Oversee a team of SMEs and support engineers Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 and related technologies Continuously improve skill sets and stay current with M365 and multi-cloud technologies Qualifications: Expertise in Microsoft 365 services and solutions Strong presentation skills Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Architect or similar role Proficient in planning and designing IT solutions Knowledge of audit and compliance standards Experience with change control management ITIL foundation certification Excellent problem-solving skills Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and software coding Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Relevant Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
