About the role
As an experienced Technical Lead specialized in .NET and Azure, your role will involve leading the design and development of scalable cloud-based applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using .NET and Azure. - Architecting and implementing cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure. - Guiding development teams through technical design, code reviews, and best practices. - Mentoring developers and providing technical leadership across projects. - Collaborating with product, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams. - Ensuring application scalability, security, and performance. - Implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Troubleshooting complex technical issues and ensuring timely resolution. - Staying updated with emerging technologies and recommending improvements. In terms of required skills and qualifications, you should possess: Technical Skills: - Robust experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+. - Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices. - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Storage/Cosmos DB, and Azure Service Bus/Event Grid. - Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with SQL Server and NoSQL databases. - Knowledge of Docker and containerization. - Understanding of cloud architecture patterns and distributed systems. Certifications (Mandatory/Preferred): Candidates must have at least one relevant certification in Microsoft technologies such as: - Microsoft Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204). - Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305). - Microsoft .NET/Azure related certifications. Leadership Skills: - Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams. - Strong problem-solving and architectural decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
