Senior Lead AI Software Engineer

Role & responsibilities Why This Isnt Just Another Job Define the AI architecture powering large-scale enterprise solutions Lead multiple AI teams and technical leaders across strategic initiatives Work on transformative AI platforms that impact industries and millions of users Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into intelligent systems Influence the future of AI innovation within the organization Key Responsibilities Architect and oversee the development of enterprise-grade AI and machine learning platforms Lead multiple AI initiatives and guide technical leads and senior scientists Design scalable AI systems, data pipelines, and model deployment architectures Drive innovation in applied AI, generative AI, and advanced machine learning techniques Establish best practices for AI engineering, model governance, and ethical AI development Collaborate with leadership, product teams, and clients to define AI strategy and roadmap Evaluate emerging AI technologies and incorporate them into the organizations technical vision Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and performance of AI systems in production Mentor senior engineers and scientists while building high-performance AI teams What We’re Looking For 7+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI/ML development 5+ years of deep experience designing and deploying machine learning systems at scale Proven experience architecting AI platforms and enterprise-level ML systems Strong background in distributed systems, data platforms, and cloud-based AI infrastructure Demonstrated leadership experience managing large technical teams or AI programs Technical Expertise Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent Experience with modern AI architectures including LLMs, generative AI, and advanced deep learning systems Strong knowledge of MLOps, model lifecycle management, and production AI systems Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI deployment Familiarity with large-scale data platforms, vector databases, and AI infrastructure Leadership Attributes Strategic thinker capable of aligning AI technology with business goals Strong ability to mentor, inspire, and scale high-performing technical teams Excellent communication skills to translate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders Deep commitment to responsible and ethical AI development Basic Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred) Extensive experience designing and deploying production-grade AI systems Strong track record of delivering complex AI programs from concept to deployment What You’ll Gain The opportunity to architect AI systems at an enterprise and global scale A leadership role shaping the organization’s AI vision and technical direction Collaboration with top engineers, scientists, and business leaders The chance to build AI solutions that transform industries and redefine what’s possible Regards, SumeetKadale Senior Recruiter-TAG Email - sumeet.kadale@fulcrumdigital.com Office: Plot no 23/4.
