AIMLEAP is Hiring: QA Tester - WFH Experience: 1 to 4 Years Location: Work from Home/Bangalore/India Salary: 3 Lacs to 4.5 Lacs INR PA No of positions: 2 Nos Employment time: Full time Educational qualification: Engineering/IT/CS Industry: IT/ITES Notice Period: Immediate What we are looking for: - Developed and documented test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional requirements and specifications. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes. Responsibilities: - Test Planning and Design: Develop and document test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional requirements and specifications. Participate in requirement review meetings and provide input on testability and quality. - Test Execution: Execute manual and automated test cases and document results. Identify, record, document, and track bugs using designated tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). - Collaboration and Communication: Communicate testing progress, results, and issues to the QA Manager and development team. - Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to QA standards and guidelines. Continuously improve testing processes and procedures. Assist in the maintenance and improvement of the automated testing framework. - Documentation: Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test documentation. Maintain up-to-date records of test cases, test scripts, and test results. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Experience with manual and automated testing tools is plus (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG). - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes. - Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting. - Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins) is a plus. - Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Solid attention to detail, good communication and teamwork skills. .
