About the Role: We are looking for a Front End Developer to build and Lead frontend feature development and architectural decisions. Design scalable solutions, optimize performance, and mentor junior engineers. You will play a key role in designing unique experiences for the end users. Required Skills & Experience: 36 years of production experience with React and TypeScriptStrong understanding of frontend architecture patterns and state managementExperience designing and building scalable, reusable component-based applicationsStrong knowledge of web performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, and frontend build toolingSolid understanding of databases (MSSQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL) and query optimizationProven ability to lead features and collaborate cross-functionallyExposure to backend API architecture and willing to use AI assisted tools to build backend Key Responsibilities Lead feature development from design to deployment, develop components required to scaleMake architectural decisions for frontend applicationsOptimize Core Web Vitals and frontend performance at scaleDrive adoption of best practices across the frontend codebaseMaintain high standards of code quality, unit testing, and documentationUse product thinking mindset with to solve business and tech problemsMonitor systems, debug production issues, and ensure uptime of critical servicesWork closely with product, frontend, & data teams to deliver seamless user experiencesProven ownership of features from design to deploymentIdentify and address technical debt while maintaining a healthy codebaseMentor junior engineers and drive code quality standardsLeverage AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code to accelerate development workflows Good to Have Experience in fintech / wealth management / mutual funds domainExperience with Next.js App Router and server componentsFamiliarity with design systems and component librariesTrack record of mentoring or leading small teamsUnderstanding of compliance, KYC, and regulatory requirementsFamiliarity with observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, ELK) Why Join Us Work on high-impact systems managing real customer investmentsOpportunity to solve complex fintech problems at scaleOwnership of critical flows directly impacting revenue and AUMCollaborative environment with product, data, and advisory teams .
