Junior Product Manager

Role Overview: As a Junior Product Manager, your main responsibility will be to define product strategies, manage development cycles, and ensure seamless integration of tech solutions aligned with business goals. This role will require a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap - Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency - Collaborate with IT, operations, and cross-functional teams - Oversee system integration with minimal disruption - Translate business needs into clear technical requirements - Manage end-to-end product lifecycle (concept to deployment) - Monitor KPIs and optimize product performance - Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders - Ensure scalability, maintainability, and long-term sustainability - Maintain compliance, security, and quality standards - Drive continuous improvement and innovation Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field Additional Details: The company is looking for a Junior Product Manager with 2 years of experience in Product Management in the IT/Tech domain. Immediate joiners are preferred. The salary range for this position is 3,00,000 3,50,000 per annum. Technical skills required include a strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and cloud technologies. Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, and Confluence is preferred, and basic knowledge of APIs, databases, or DevOps is a plus.
