About the role
FurrCrew is dedicated to simplifying and enhancing the pet ownership experience by building the largest and most comprehensive pet community in the world. The company focuses on connecting pet parents, service providers, and enthusiasts through intuitive digital products and services. Role Profile Senior QA Engineer Own manual test strategy and execution across our mobile app and web platform functional, regression, UAT, and release sign-off Build and grow test automation coverage (UI + API) to reduce manual regression load over time Partner closely with engineering to shape release readiness and testing standards Operate within a structured sprint cadence, with clear ownership of the QA window before each release Maintain data-handling discipline appropriate to sensitive, compliance-adjacent information Solid 4-5 years of hands-on experience on manual testing fundamentals (non-negotiable) you should be the person who finds what others miss Selenium/Playwright/Appium, API testing tools) you don't need to be an SDET, but you should be comfortable writing and maintaining automated scripts Experience testing both mobile apps and web/SaaS products Comfortable with API testing and basic SQL for data validation Experience working within sprint-based delivery (Jira or similar); ability to own QA sign-off Sharp bug-writing and reporting discipline clear repro steps, severity judegment, no noise Experience in consumer-tech or service-marketplace platforms Exposure to performance/load testing basics Prior experience setting up a QA function from scratch (process, not just execution) FurrCrew is dedicated to simplifying and enhancing the pet ownership experience by building the largest and most comprehensive pet community in the world.
