Graduate Technical Engineer

As a Graduate Technical Engineer at Fusion Practices Ltd, you will be part of a structured training programme designed to develop future technology leaders. You will receive training in Oracle Cloud Applications, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Technologies, Data Engineering, Application Development, and Modern Development Practices using AI-assisted tools. Following the training, you will work on project teams alongside experienced consultants, architects, AI specialists, product managers, and engineering leaders in India and the United Kingdom. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing applications integrated with Oracle Cloud, building AI-powered solutions, writing high-quality code using Python, Java, C#, or related technologies, using AI-assisted development tools, participating in API design, integrations, automation, and cloud-native development, converting requirements into technical solutions, supporting testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and documentation activities, analyzing business challenges, recommending technology-based approaches, contributing to product development initiatives, and collaborating with teams in both India and the UK.
