Job Title: Salesforce Admin + Developer Job Location: Hinjewadi Phase-1, Pune (WFO) Experience: 6 to 8 Years Shift: 02:00 PM 11:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday) Qualification: BE/B.Tech, BCA, MCA Looking for Immediate to 30Days joiner Salesforce Administrator Certification (Required). Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Preferred). Salesforce Agent force Specialist(Preferred). Qualifications & Skills 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration and Development. Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience . Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Apex Triggers . Strong experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation. Strong understanding of the Salesforce Security Model, including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security. Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs . Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud , and Salesforce platform customization. Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, version control (Git), and deployment processes . Experience with Salesforce DX, Change Sets, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, Solution Design, and Stakeholder Management Ability to troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues and provide scalable solutions. Basic knowledge of Salesforce Agent force and AI-powered customer engagement capabilities. Familiarity with Prompt Builder , Prompt Templates, and Agent Actions. Understanding of integrating Agent force with Salesforce Flows and standard CRM processes. Willingness to learn and adopt emerging Salesforce AI technologies, including Agent force and Einstein features.
